Our headquarters is in Denver, Colorado.
Do you have a retail store?
To avoid additional costs (rent, insurance, and staff), we currently do not have a physical retail location. However, we plan to open nail boutiques in the US and Canada soon!

Are your gel nail polishes 100% natural or coated?
Our gel nail polishes are premium formulas. They are not made with pure metals but are crafted with high-quality, non-toxic resins and pigments. They offer the same glossy, long-lasting finish as professional salon products, but at a fraction of the cost.
Are the embellishments real gemstones?
We use laboratory-created cubic zirconia and synthetic sapphires for our embellishments, which are scratch-resistant and have a brilliant shine suitable for everyday wear. Unlike mined gemstones, these embellishments are ethically produced in a controlled environment, meet environmental standards, and are more durable than natural gemstones.
Will this product cause skin irritation?
No. Our gel nail polish and adhesive are dermatologist-tested and hypoallergenic, designed to avoid irritation or discoloration. They meet international safety standards for skin contact.
Will they fade if worn in the shower? Will they discolor?
Proper care is crucial! Avoid wearing gel nail polish in the shower, while swimming, or during strenuous exercise, as water and chemicals can reduce the polish's shine over time. Follow our care tips to preserve the color.
How do I store/protect my nail products?
Store gel nail polish and adhesive in a cool, dry place. Store unopened products in the original packaging or provided box. In humid climates, place in a silicone bag to protect from moisture. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals such as rubber or perfume.
I'm concerned about the polish fading over time.

How do I change my order after placing it?
If you discover an error after receiving your order confirmation, please email info@qazixunailart.com and provide your name, phone number, and order number (if applicable). Please provide clear details, especially during non-business hours.
How do I use a discount code at checkout?

How do I change currency?
Use the currency widget at the top of our website to switch between USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, MXN, AUD, NZD, PHP, SGD, or INR.
What are the steps for a custom order?
We offer custom gel nail polish shades and designs, including colors, glitter, or patterns. Send us your ideas at info@qazixunailart.com and we'll create a mockup for free! Custom orders use high-quality, non-toxic formulas.
Why was my payment declined?
If your credit card is declined, please verify your details (expiration date, name, security code, billing address) and ensure your card has not reached its maximum limit or is under review. If necessary, try another card or payment method within 24 hours. If the problem persists, please contact your bank or email us with the error details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal Express, PayPal Credit, and all major debit and credit cards. Affirm also offers a "buy now, pay later" payment method.
How do you protect my payment information?
Your security is our top priority. We do not handle payment data directly—all transactions are processed by PayPal or the credit card company.
