Returns & Exchanges
Customers may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving them. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please note: Items marked "Final Sale" are not returnable or exchangeable.
Our regular return and exchange policy applies, except for special offers and promotional items.
Order Cancellations
We accept cancellations before your order is processed. If you cancel your order before it is processed, you will receive a full refund.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order if the item has already been shipped.
Return and Exchange Requirements
All items must be in their original selling condition, unworn, washed, or altered, with all tags intact.

Returns and exchanges must be made using the same service used for the original shipment.
We only accept returns and exchanges within the country of origin of the order. For example, orders shipped to the United States must be returned within the United States.
Customized items are not returnable.
Unfortunately, returns and exchanges are not free (import and shipping costs are your responsibility); you will be charged 20% of the item price.
Of course, any defective item can be returned.
We reserve the right not to accept any returns or exchanges if the item shows signs of wear, has been used, or is not in its intended condition.
If we decline your refund/exchange, we will notify you and the item will be returned at your expense.
How do I return an item or my entire order?
Step 1: Contact our Customer Service team and provide the following information to initiate the return process:
Order number
Proof of purchase
Video or photo of the defective item
Step 2: Return the item along with your receipt and the original packaging.
Step 3: Complete three copies of the Return Proforma Invoice form. Place all copies in a clear envelope and attach it to the package without sealing. Customs requires these documents, so please ensure you complete all three copies.
Step 4: Hand the package over to the courier. After the courier inspects the return, please seal the package securely.
Refunds
If you return an item, your refund will be credited to your original payment method. qazixunailart.com does not refund return shipping costs.
Please allow 14 days (depending on peak times) after your package arrives for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the listed conditions, the package will be returned at your expense. Once your return is accepted, we will issue a refund and send you a confirmation email.
