Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days to return your item after receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or used, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@qazixunailart.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you receive your desired item is to return your existing item and purchase a replacement once your return is accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, we'll automatically issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
