What are my shipping options?
If your destination country is the United States, you can choose between standard or express shipping.
You can select your shipping option during checkout:
Free Standard Shipping:
Shipping typically takes 12-15 business days
Fast Shipping - Cost: $6.99
Shipping typically takes 5-8 business days
FedEx Expedited Shipping - Cost: $29.99
Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days
Please note that production of standard jewelry takes 2-5 days, while custom pieces typically take 15-25 days or longer.
Shipping Days = Shipping Days + Production Days.
Where does QAZIXU deliver?
United States: We ship to all 50 states (and Washington, D.C.) Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are non-refundable. Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico takes 3-4 weeks.
Other Countries/Regions: Shipping is available worldwide. Additional fees may apply.
How do I track my order?
Our shipping time starts from the moment the order is accepted and includes 24-hour business day processing and shipping. Please note: During promotional periods, delivery times may be longer.
Once your order is packed, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that tracking information may take several days to become available.
You can also track your order in your account.
Taxes
Taxes will be calculated based on your shipping destination and will be itemized at checkout. Please be sure to select your location to view the correct local market price, delivery time, and shipping costs.
We ship to all locations on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning all applicable import taxes and duties are included in the product price.
We ship to all locations on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning the product prices shown do not include any taxes or duties.
Once your order arrives at your destination, you will be responsible for all import duties, customs duties, and local sales taxes applicable to your destination. After placing your order, we will notify you via email to request your agreement to these terms. To obtain an estimate of taxes and duties on your purchase, please contact your local customs office.
